I am a passionate Holistic Nutritionist and an overall healthy lifestyle supporter.

 

My connection with the importance of quality nutrition dates back to my childhood. Cultivating food on our land during weekends was a regular activity I was growing up with.

My mom and my grandmother were a tremendous influence when it comes to quality of food and its preparation. Freshly prepared homemade meals were my family’s daily must have. An importance of locally grown, untreated produce was valued in our home.

I also enjoyed days spent in nature. I loved visiting the forest and learning about its wonders and abundance of its resources. Throughout it all, I learned a lot about planting, importance of rotating crops and forest foraging. I learned how to recognize different herbs and a variety of nutritious and beneficial mushrooms.

Mushrooms were and still are a treasure that will stay dear to my heart forever.

During the adolescent years, my studies drew me to another direction. It was the one of law and social sciences, financial institutions and corporate world.

 

My personal and my family’s health challenges made me return to the path of what I am most passionate about.

It is the path of clean food, natural methods of healing and a mind, body and soul balance.

 

I am here to serve with my knowledge in helping you achieve your goal of health and happiness.
